🔁 Returns & Exchange Policy

Please note: We do not accept returns under any circumstances.

All of our products are 100% brand new and go through multiple thorough quality checks before being dispatched. To ensure every order is sent in perfect condition, we take detailed photos of your item before shipping.

However, we do offer exchanges under the following conditions:

• The item must be completely unworn and unused.

• All original tags must still be attached, just as it was sent.

• There should be no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Before any exchange is processed, the item will be inspected by our team to ensure it meets these standards.

Postage for exchanges must be arranged and paid for by the customer.
Alternatively, you are welcome to collect your exchanged item in person, but we must still inspect the returned item before confirming the exchange.
